Day 3 Airlie Beach

 What a big day we had. First stop was Shute Harbour at about 0700. Beautiful views and some very nice houses. Next stop was at Maccas for breakie on the go as we continued to Whitsunday Plants. Got 1 succulent from there and they graciously told us where to go for some more which just happened to be near a beach. So under disguise of heading to a beach, Nancy and I headed our boys to  the most wonderful Succulent place called “Swanky Succulents and Bonsai Desert Roses” Nan and I where in 7th heaven. Julie had the most wonderful  Succulents . Dont worry we actually did go the Conway Beach for the boys THEN we headed to our little slice of heaven. After browsing and obviously buying we headed home, after of course stopping at BCF, Anaconda, Best & Less, Big W & Dollar & Sense. We decided to stop in the middle of Airlie Beach shopping precinct where we had lunch, then a walk down the road. The weather was sooo hot so we went home had a couple of beers then went for a swim. Came back to the vans and had a couple more beers and Gin & Tonics, That is where we are up to, Going back to the succulent place tomorrow because I wasn't quite finished and then a walk along Conway Beach before heading back to indulge in the Melbourne Cup.
